What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Technologist - PRN position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
Per Diem/PRN with a varied schedule and one required holiday per year. Must work a minimum of 8 hours per pay period when shifts are available. Must be flexible to work open shifts based on department needs. You'll work at Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

- Completed an accredited radiologic technology program, a recognized military radiologic technologist training program, or possess two years of related clinical experience in a military setting. Required
- Experience as a hospital radiographer. Preferred
- Previous healthcare experience (clinical training during Rad Tech program will count as experience). Required
- Two years of clinical experience. Preferred
- Certification by ARRT in Radiology. Required
- Current license from IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency). Required
- CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire. Required
