What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Supervisor position at UW Health?
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day Shift role. Monday - Friday 8-5. You will work at the UW Health Marchesano Dr Clinic and the 1340 Charles St Clinic in Rockford.
Additional components of compensation may include:
* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
- Current Illinois nurse license or Associate Degree. Required
Work Experience
- 2 years healthcare supervisory experience. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, training and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization and community.
- Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
