What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trauma Services Coordinator position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
- Experience can be Emergency or Critical Care or a combination of both. Required
- At least 5 years of trauma care experience. Required
- Must have current RN license from State of Illinois. Required
- Trauma Nurse Specialist Certification required within one year of hire. Required
- Highly desirable certifications include TNCC, ACLS, PALS. Preferred
- Successful candidate will be willing to achieve and maintain ACLS, PALS, TNCC within first year of hire as well as becoming a TNCC instructor candidate. Required
