What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist, Occupational (Outpatient) (Level I) position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
100% FTE role, Monday-Friday, days, variable hours-negotiable, you may be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus. You will work at the 9th street clinic.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEU. Required
Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as an occupational therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
- CPR certification. Required
