What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Inpatient - Registry position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
Per Diem, Hours vary- 6am-6pm. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
