What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Professional Development Specialist position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 8 am to 4:30 pm, you will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

- Master's Degree From an accredited School of Nursing Program. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Teaching experience. Preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification or ACLS Certification. Required
- Specialty certification preferred through hospital approved certifications. Preferred
