UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join our system of over 270 providers at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois.
Practice Details
- Seeking a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to support expansion of service and growth of a thriving center with 33-year presence in the Rockford Community.
- Strong working relationship with sonography, genetic counseling, and nursing staff.

Education
- MD or DO - Required
License/Certifications
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
- Active Illinois medical license - Required
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
- Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
