We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:
- Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
- Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
- Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)
