What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic RN Family Medicine General position at UW Health?

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday-Friday; 7am - 7pm variable, you will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic 1700 Henry Luckow Ln

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

Computer experience. Required
1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
Bi-annual CPR certification. Required
