What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Customer Service Representative position at UW Health?
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, this is a hybrid position, in person work will be located at 2550 Charles Street
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Work Experience :
- 1 year Experience in a call center environment; medical clinic or hospitality. Preferred Previous receptionist or customer service experience. Preferred
