Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent. Required
- Experience in managing, planning, and tracking budgets, with an emphasis on ensuring accurate allocation and monitoring of instrument related expenses. Required
- 5 plus years of Sterile Processing experience. Required
- Current Central Service Tech Certification (International Association of Health Care Central Service Materials Management – IAHCCSMM or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution – CBSPD). Required
- Current Instrument Specialist Certification (Certified Instrument Specialist – CIS Certification through IAHCCSMM or SPD Surgical Instrument Specialist – C.S.I.S Certification through CBSPD) preferred. Preferred
- Instrument Specialist Certification must be obtained and is required during 1 year of employment. Required
