Pay Range: $87,900-$131,900/year
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related healthcare field. Preferred
- Graduate of an AMA accredited educational program for Respiratory Care. Required
Work Experience
- Previous clinical leadership experience. Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all aspects of pediatric and neonatal respiratory care at a level III NICU. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RT licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
- Completion of neonatal / pediatrics specialty examination of the National Board of Respiratory Care. Required
- Current BLS/CPR certification. Required
- Valid NRP course completion. Required
- ACLS & PALS certification. Required
Salary : $87,900 - $131,900
