- No minimum education. Required
- High School diploma. Preferred
- Associates Degree or Relevant Technical Certification preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Degree / Technical Certification. Preferred
- 5 years of experience in general mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, construction and building maintenance. Preferred
- Supervisory experience. Preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that allows for the Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Required
