Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and one Saturday a month. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic 1700 Henry Luckow Ln
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare. Preferred
- CPR Required
