JOB TITLE:

Job location: College of Health Sciences
Pay rate or range: $13.00/hour
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist with office jobs
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to faculty and staff by assisting with a variety of clerical, administrative, and program-related tasks. Assist with creating and posting engaging social media content to promote programs, events, and student activities. Use Canva to develop professional and creative flyers, social media graphics, promotional materials, and other visual content. Assist with special projects, events, outreach efforts, and other duties as needed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and dependability while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

WORK LOCATION:
