Position Summary
As the Operations Supervisor for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services, the position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of outpatient phase 2 and Phase 3 rehab programs the scheduling of staff and patients, the assignment of ancillary staff in a support role and maintaining core staffing in rehab areas. They will also be responsible for overseeing, patient volumes, patient and staff satisfaction and assisting with the implementation of a hospital wide culture change to improve Press Ganey scores and patient satisfaction for all services provided. In conjunction with the Director Non-Invasive Cardiology and Trauma Services, will establish goals for patient volume, staff, professional development, performance appraisals, program expansion, financials, and community involvement.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical/science field of study required.
- NY state Nursing license preferred.
- ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification preferred.
- 5 or more years of Cardiac and/or pulmonary rehab programs. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be dependable, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong PC computer experience.
