Position Summary
Under the general direction of the providers and Practice Manager, is responsible to ensure efficient clinical operations of the medical practice. The Clinical Coordinator II is the primary nursing staff contact for nursing practice; clinical policy and procedure interpretation; and nursing protocols. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator II will work with the Practice Manager and will be responsible for promoting optimal patient care, being accessible to patients, maintaining a high level of knowledge, and working amicably with other staff members. The Clinical Coordinator II will maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
Experience
Minimum of three or more years of progressive clinical experience.
