Your Responsibilities Will Include –
- Effectively manage a high-volume personal injury caseload
- Proactively address liability issues; accurately draft liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters
- Continuously communicate with clients and medical providers to ensure proper treatment and diagnostic tests are performed effectively and in a timely manner
- Request and review medical and billing records throughout the case
- Accurately maintain case data in Salesforce
Your Qualifications & Skills –
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm preferred, but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiar with auto insurance policies
- Experience with preparing correspondence and demand letters
- Organized with outstanding attention to detail
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Able to maintain a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree or paralegal certification preferred
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
