Dishwasher/Busser Job Description:
Duties:
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly
- Refill water glasses and assist with drink service
- Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
