About The Role
As MRI Outpatient Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our outpatient facility, ensuring that all imaging procedures-particularly MRI-are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest clinical standards. You will lead a team of skilled technologists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily clinical operations, with a focus on MRI services
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality assurance measures
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with radiologists, referring physicians, and administrative teams to optimize patient care
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
