Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
UVA Community Health is seeking to employ an Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Culpeper Medical Center. Responsibilities include:
- Visiting bedside and answering questions
- Ordering tests, medications and treatments
- Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
- Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
- Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow-up Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician

Our campus in Culpeper, Virginia is home to our 70-bed, community hospital, Family Birth Center and 24/7 emergency department. Our Culpeper campus is complemented by additional outpatient services in Gainesville, Manassas, South Riding and Woodbridge as well as our UVA Haymarket Medical Center. These locations include UVA Health System physician clinics, imaging, UVA Health System Cancer Center, lab and rehabilitation.
