Job Summary
With minimal supervision, provide individual and family support services, teach classes, organize and implement the patient education programs.
Qualifications
Education: 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, BSN required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children and families. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Licensure: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Individual must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Position requires flexible work schedule to accommodate needs of job.

The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical Demand Code: Light to Medium Physical Demand: The job requires frequent sitting and standing, occasional walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally. For any weight over 35 lbs., use Safe Handling Equipment.
