Schedule : 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends or late nights!)

What You’ll Do

• Patient Care : Conduct thorough assessments of an estimated 18-20 patients (pediatric to adults) per day, diagnoses, and develop innovative treatment plans.
• Preventive Care : Lead wellness exams and health screenings, empowering patients with knowledge.
• Minor Procedures : Showcase your skills with minor in office procedures and patient education.
• Chronic Disease Management : Provide expert care for patients with chronic conditions.

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Able to obtain Virginia License
  

• The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.

  Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
