Clements Electric is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage incoming leads, dispatching, and scheduling for our electrical service team. This role is central to our daily operations and requires someone who is organized, dependable, and proficient in Service Titan.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Dispatch and schedule technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan
- Coordinate technician routes and job assignments to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers and field staff throughout each job
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer concerns professionally
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Service Titan experience (required)
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling, preferably in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services trades
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone presence and clear written communication
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
