We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain professional in all situations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the local area.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
