JOB DESCRIPTION:
Clinical Supervisor (OMHC) LCSW-C or LCPC-S
This position requires the individual to be licensed at the highest level for the discipline in which the individual is practicing. It is a position of responsibility for the oversight of the clinical and supervisory aspects of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.
The following duties are required but are not considered to be inclusive of all tasks necessary to the full and complete functioning of the individual holding the position.
- Implement Company Policies and procedures within the context of the OMHC
- Design Standard of Operating Procedures so all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Hold regular supervision meetings with clinical staff and collaborate weekly with the Clinical Director on any supervision sessions conducted for the clinical staff and previous week.
- Ensure that clinical staff documentation is compliant with time frames and best practices standards (including sessions notes, treatment plans assessment documentation)
- Collect billing sheets weekly from clinical staff, ensure that session notes match procedure code, time and date, and notes reflect goals of treatment plan.
- Turn billing sheets over to Practice Manger every other week.
- Participate with Medical Director and Practice Manager in interdisciplinary staff meetings as necessary and required.
- Assist with Quality Assurance process of documentation/chart audits to ensure ongoing compliance with COMAR regulations, ACHC standards, and Company policies and procedures.
- Participate with full-time clinicians and Clinical Director in Completing Admission and assessments for newly referred patients.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- LCSW-C or LCPC certification
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy and patient care
- Experience in applied behavior analysis and mental health counseling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Ability to work with patients with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records
- Experience in crisis intervention and group therapy
- Understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling
- Ability to conduct psychotherapy and clinical research
- Previous hospital experience and direct support skills
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-9, and data collection techniques
