Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in welding and fabrication processes. WITH A HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Willingness to learn and accept constructive critisim. A high value canidate is someone who take the utmost pride in there work, takes action to provide the highest quality product in an effiecient manner. This role involves working on construction sites, in shop work, mobile welding, offsite installation etc. to assemble and build various structures and components, ensuring adherence to industry codes and standards.

Duties

• Operate power tools and equipment to fabricate metal components according to specifications.
• Assemble structures by welding, cutting, and threading pipes as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards for safety and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication processes.

Requirements

• 2 YEARS experience in a shop setting is preffered but not required.
• fast paced and self performer
• ability to make decisions and perform with minimal direction.
• Proven experience in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools safely.
• Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes is preferred.
• Understanding of industry codes and standards related to welding and construction.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites, including the physical demands of the role.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
• use of Autocad 360 is preffered but not required
• ability to think ahead and problem solve required
• use of power tools unsuperevised and ability to opereate them in a safe manner
• work ranges from in shop to on site installs and infield service.

• reliable mode of transportation to and from work
• Posses a valid drivers license
