Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
Job Summary:
To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Job Duties:
- Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.
- Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.
- Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.
- Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.
- Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
