What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Professor of Clinical Practice, Internal Medicine-Geriatrics position at UTMB Health?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The physician will: provide care to patients of the Geriatric Medicine practice in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as patients enrolled in the Geriatric House Call Program; participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, interns, residents, and fellows; participate in departmental meetings and committee meetings; and other scholarly activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MD degree, Board certification or Board eligibility in Internal Medicine
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
