Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of administrative experience.
- Associate's degree.
Job Summary:
To provide supervisory and advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.
Job Duties:
- Receives and processes received medical information from Program participants
- Inputs received medical information into the internal medical database
- Determines work priorities, assigns, and schedules workload for the unit or office.
- Develops and refines office policies and procedures.
- Executes a variety of complex clerical duties.
- Organizes own work assignments to contribute to smooth workflow.
- Trains supportive personnel in new procedures and new employees on duties to be performed.
- Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
