Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure job descriptions remain accurate and aligned with organizational needs.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring activity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient HR office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR Software, Applicant Tracking Software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
