Essential Job Functions:
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify vehicle issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Replace worn or damaged vehicle parts as needed.
- Order and manage inventory of replacement parts to maintain shop efficiency.
- Assist with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the repair shop.
- Follow safety procedures and industry standards while performing repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and replacement parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for parts ordering and repair documentation.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and work on vehicles as needed.
