Position Summary: The Production Associate will be responsible for assembling and testing residential gas regulators. Production Associates will read and interpret work orders to determine correct components and configurations based on customer specifications. Production Associates will use a variety of tools and equipment to assembly products. Production Associates maintain a clean and safe work area, perform quality checks, record quality issues. Production Associates work as a team to meet production goals.

Education/Experience: An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred, or one-year related experience and/or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively with patience to fellow employees.
Mathematical Ability: Fundamental knowledge of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to distinguish between cause and effect when troubleshooting testing failures.
Computer Skills: Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows (or equivalent software packages) is beneficial but not required. Any experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (i.e. NetSuite, SAP) software maintenance packages and/or AutoCAD will be considered beneficial.

$21.20-24.50/hour depending of shift PLUS bi-weekly bonuses- uncapped ($100- $300) depending on hours worked and products shipped
Temp to perm within 90 days.
