We are seeking a dependable Shop Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of aerial bucket trucks and heavy-duty equipment. This role is primarily shop-based, with occasional field service work as needed. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, a safety-first mindset, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shop Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of aerial bucket trucks and heavy-duty equipment. This role is primarily shop-based, with occasional field service work as needed. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, a safety-first mindset, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance and repairs on aerial bucket trucks and heavy-duty vehicles
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
- Support field service repairs when required
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- 1 year of experience in mechanical repair (heavy equipment, diesel, or automotive)
- Experience with diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment preferred
- Aerial bucket truck experience strongly preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently
- Must have own basic tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid CDL (Class B minimum; Class A preferred)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to assist with field repairs when needed
Salary : $40 - $50
