Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar coordination, maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems, and preparing basic documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
