Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Evansville, IN. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing administrative operations, answering and directing calls, supporting executives, and performing clerical duties. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with the ability to manage office tasks efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with team members and external contacts
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting management in scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus
- Prior experience in the waterworks or distribution industry is beneficial but not required
