Customer Service Representative

Job Details
- Position: Part- Time
- Location (Training): Greer, SC
- Schedule: Monday – Sunday: must be able to work weekdays & weekends, all shifts and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions
- Resolve issues using strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed
- Maintain a positive, respectful environment with customers and coworkers
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling objections
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable attendance is essential
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work independently once remote
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
