Business owners often have to work with a different representative for every service: energy, internet, phones, payment processing, and more. Each representative typically sells their own company’s products, even when another provider might better fit the customer’s needs.
Utility Management Group takes a different approach. We work with nearly every competing provider across the markets we serve, giving businesses a single point of contact and a broad range of options. Our representatives can focus on finding the right solution for the customer’s needs, budget, and goals. Businesses can feel comfortable knowing that they have someone on their side that is truly working for their best interest.
We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals who want to build relationships and help companies make informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with business owners and understand their needs.
- Help evaluate options for electricity and natural gas, internet, mobility, VOIP, and merchant services.
- Work with the UMG team to compare providers and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain options clearly and guide customers through the process.
- Build lasting relationships as a trusted point of contact.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong communicators who enjoy meeting people, follow through, and put the customer’s interests first. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development is welcome.

First-year pay range: $50,000 - $80,000. Second year: $90,000 - $140,000
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with overtime opportunities available (but not required). No holidays required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
