Utilities One is looking for a local, qualified Tower Technician I in the Oregon market.

Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing communications equipment such as antennas and towers, including fiber optic cables and other components;
- Performing equipment swaps and site upgrades;
- Conducting repairs to telecom towers at a height;
- Ensuring on-site safety and complying with safety standards
- Performing tests on equipment to ensure it is functioning properly;
- Review the scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Leader;
- Maintaining records of work orders and completion dates.
- 1 year or less experience as a Tower Technician;
- Education in electronics, telecommunications, or computing is an advantage;
- Knowledge of how to use basic mechanical tools;
- Knowledge of electrical systems, telecommunications, and safety regulations.
