What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a team of Commercial Lines Underwriters
- Drive profitable growth portfolio strategy
- Strengthen agency/broker relationships and market presence
- Partner with leadership to shape underwriting direction
What you bring:
- 5 years Commercial Lines underwriting experience
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Strong middle market expertise (GL, WC, Property, Auto)
- Proven ability to balance growth profitability
