Full‑Time Cannabis Greenhouse Inventory Specialist Needed
We’re looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented individual to join our greenhouse team full‑time. This role focuses on inventory tracking with METRC, and includes some cultivation duties.Position Details
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Regular business hours, full‑time
- Environment: Fast‑paced, hands‑on work; must be comfortable working in environmentally strenuous conditions (heat, humidity, extended standing, lifting, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Track watering schedules, IPM actions, growth cycles, and planting schedules.
- Track inventory for plants, supplies, and materials with accuracy
- Assist with potting, transplanting, organizing stock, and general greenhouse upkeep
- Support daily operational tasks to keep the greenhouse running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment
- Comfort working in varying temperatures and physical conditions
- Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
