Schedule:
- Mondays: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 90 days. Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Utica Dental is a modern, patient-centered private practice searching for a friendly, reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position provides a consistent two-day workweek, a supportive and positive work environment, and the opportunity for additional summer hours as the practice grows.
What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist with restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
- Prepare, organize, and turn over operatories efficiently
- Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient charting
- Follow sterilization, OSHA, and infection-control protocols
- Support inventory management and basic lab tasks
- Offer occasional front desk assistance when needed
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
- Dental Assistant certification or relevant chairside experience (new grads welcome)
- Ohio Radiology Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and work in an analog or digital environment
