Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage complex scheduling, prioritize competing demands, and ensure the leadership group's time is maximized effectively.
- Communication Hub Handle confidential communications, draft correspondence, and act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
- Meeting & Event Preparation Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings, events, and league interactions.
- Project Management Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple entities under the Mohawk Valley Garden umbrella.
- Problem Solving & Decision Support Anticipate challenges before they arise and provide solutions with minimal direction.
- 3 years of experience in executive support, administration, or operations (sports/entertainment experience a plus) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Highly proactive with a “no task too big or small” mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
