A day in the life

Morning finds you setting up a modern lab: calibrating OEM trainer equipment, queuing up multimedia lessons, and arranging hands-on stations that mirror a Mercedes‑Benz workshop. You open with clear learning objectives, then demonstrate real-world diagnostics across electrical, powertrain, chassis, and comfort systems—translating complex concepts into practical skill.

By midday, the class splits into labs. You coach one-on-one, encourage critical thinking, and guide troubleshooting. You model safe work practices and reinforce OEM standards at every step.

In the afternoon, you refine content and collaborate with Mercedes‑Benz counterparts on curriculum updates. You plan for periodic Train‑the‑Trainer engagements, organize assessments, and document outcomes. Before closing, you handle administrative tasks and ensure all activities align with the OEM Corporate Travel Policy.
