HVACR Systems Training Instructor

• Create an engaging, supportive classroom where every student can thrive while you share practical HVACR knowledge.
• Demonstrate hands-on techniques for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems, then supervise practice so skills stick.
• Collaborate with our academic team to refine current courses and build new content aligned with evolving industry standards.
• Coach students through projects, encouraging problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Model and enforce rigorous safety protocols so everyone learns and works with confidence.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of field experience (refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.).
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
• Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to connect with diverse learners and colleagues.
• Patience and a coaching mindset—every student’s pace is different.

• $35 - $3 per hour
