How you’ll lead- Design a welcoming, inclusive learning space that sparks curiosity and accountability.
- Run hands-on labs that mirror real-world diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Co-create curriculum updates to match evolving tools and technologies.
- Mentor project teams, guiding analysis and innovation.
- Set a gold standard for shop safety and best practices.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 4 years of practical, recent experience within the last 10 years (refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, boilers, etc.).
- EPA 608/Universal certification is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Pay: $36–$40 per hour with opportunity for OT.
- Schedule: Weekends OFF.
- Sign-on: $10,000.
- Paid training to become classroom-ready.
