Purpose Support Neurology Department initiatives and projects Responsibilities Provide onsite support for the weekly grand rounds seminar series on Tuesday mornings from 7am – 9am at Health Discovery Building Assist with event planning for recurring department-wide events Provide administrative support for ongoing department projects Required Qualifications Must be a current UT Austin undergraduate student Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom hosting, Adobe and Excel Salary Range $18.00 per hour Working Conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Use of manual dexterity Climbing of stairs Lifting and moving Required Materials Resume/CV Letter of interest Important for applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers: You will be prompted to submit your resume the first time you apply, then you will be provided an option to upload a new Resume for subsequent applications.
