Responsibilities include copying, organizing documents, electronic filing, and assisting with departmental operations and special projects as assigned. This role will also support process improvement initiatives that use AI and large language model (LLM) tools, such as streamlining administrative workflows, drafting and refining documents, and identifying opportunities to automate routine tasks.
