School Coaches create a safe, predictable school environment where students can learn, grow, and stay regulated throughout the day. You'll support teachers, supervise student movement, and be a steady, positive presence students can count on.
What You'll Do:
- Actively supervise hallways, classrooms, library, and shared spaces
- Reinforce expectations using the Teaching-Family Model
- Support teachers with real-time behavioral interventions
- Escort students to therapy, gym, and classes with consistency
- Keep transitions smooth and structured
- Build healthy, trusting relationships with students
- Document incidents clearly and professionally
- Monitor student locations and survey completion in Blue Step
- Attend trainings and collaborate with school campus teams
