What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Planning Coordinator position at Utah Valley Oral Surgery?
Job Summary/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly person to join our team!
We are a busy oral surgery practice with locations in Orem and Saratoga Springs with a passion for patient care. We are proud to provide the highest quality oral healthcare with compassion, efficiency, and excellence. We have the unique ability to take care of each patient meticulously while maintaining a fun environment with an energetic team.
Duties include:
- Calling insurance companies for patient benefits.
- Present pricing based on treatment plan recommendations. This includes expected insurance amount based off of previously called on benefits.
- Completing end of day deposits.
- Ensure that accurate charting and insurance information has been entered in correctly for insurance and billing purposes.
- Entering patient information into our computer software while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
- Attend all staff meetings, front office meetings, and daily huddles.
- Representing the practice in a positive way inside and outside of the office.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of treatment coordinating or Dental insurance experience is required
Be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
Have excellent communication and written skills
Work well with patients and team
Delivers high-level customer service
Excellent computer skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
